    Gauteng

As South Africans wake up to the dawn of another day, today’s weather forecast promises a mix of sunshine and clouds, with temperatures soaring across much of the country. The interior regions are set to enjoy warm, sunny spells, while the coastal areas will likely experience more temperate conditions. Be prepared for isolated thunderstorms in some provinces, particularly in the northwest and northern regions. Let’s dive into a province-by-province breakdown of the expected weather for today.

Starting in Gauteng, residents can expect a cloudy morning with temperatures hovering around 13°C. By midday, the sun will break through, leading to bright and sunny conditions with temperatures reaching up to 22°C. Perfect weather for outdoor activities, as the evening will bring cooling temperatures back to the high teens. The highest recorded temperatures in the province are 24°C in Pretoria and Germiston. Stay alert for possible thundershowers later in the day, especially in outlying areas.
