Gold Reef City Ticket Prices 2026
General admission costs R295 to R395 per person, depending on the date you choose, according to Gold Reef City’s official ticket shop. The ticket gives access to all adult and family rides and attractions, with height restrictions on some rides. Children under 3 enter free.
The shop also sells a General Entrance and Mine Tour package, which adds a ticket for the underground mine tour.
Tsogo Rewards Discounts
Tsogo Rewards members pay less. The ticket shop lists these discounts on all-access tickets:

Gold Reef City says opening hours may change during school holidays and public holidays, and lists Sunday, 8 November 2026 as a closed day. Check the official theme park page before you go.
How to Book
- Go to the Gold Reef City Theme Park page and choose Theme Park Tickets.
- Pick your ticket type and the date of your visit. The price depends on the date.
- Pay online. Tickets are not sold at the entrance.
What Is Inside the Park
According to Gold Reef City, the park has 14 thrill rides, 9 family rides and 20 kids’ rides, plus the Jump City Trampoline Park and an underground mine tour. It is at the corner of Northern Parkway and Data Crescent, Ormonde, and the contact number is 011 248 5000.
