    Dr. Buyisile “Nelly” Mashile is not just a qualified medical doctor and surgeon — she’s an advocate for youth empowerment through her initiative, Ignite Unite. Born into humble beginnings, she pursued her medical studies in Cuba and later specialised in surgery at Wits University.

    Her re-entry into Miss SA 2025 is a testament to her perseverance. She believes in dreaming big, because “reality will be even bigger.”

    3. Ghee-Ann Rademan: Healing Minds, One Woman at a Time
