World Tourism Month will be celebrated throughout September 2026, giving South Africans an opportunity to explore the country’s diverse attractions while recognising tourism’s contribution to economic growth, job creation and community development. This year’s national celebrations will culminate in World Tourism Day on 27 September at Mapungubwe National Park in Limpopo.
