The Gauteng Tourism Authority is launching the Gauteng Marketplace inside the official Visit Gauteng App on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, giving local businesses a new way to sell products to residents and visitors. The marketplace forms part of an expanded app that allows users to discover attractions, accommodation, restaurants, events, specials and experiences across Johannesburg, Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, Sedibeng and the West Rand. Local businesses can register as vendors for free, while shoppers can buy products and arrange delivery through the platform.
