Key Responsibilities of the Driver Assistant
As a Driver Assistant at Air Products South Africa, you’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the company’s Packaged Gases division.

Essential Requirements for the Role

- Educational Requirements
- A minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Driver’s License and Experience
- A valid unendorsed Code EC driver’s licence with a Professional Driver’s Permit (PrDPd).
- A Dangerous Goods Certificate is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in operating heavy-duty vehicles, especially those involved in the transportation of dangerous goods.
- You should have a mechanical mindset, which will assist you in ensuring the fleet is always in optimal condition.
- Technical and Communication Skills
