2. Invoice Processing: The intern will capture and process supplier invoices using Accpac, a widely-used financial software application.
3. Occupational Rental Invoices: Interns will assist with manual occupational rental invoice batches.
4. Ad hoc Accounting Tasks: Interns will help the Financial Accountant with various accounting duties.
5. BEE Compliance: Interns will participate in tasks related to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) compliance.
6. Document Filing: The intern will organize and file finance-related documents accurately.
7. Creditor Account Reconciliation: Interns will assist in reconciling creditor accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
8. Payment Reconciliation: Interns will reconcile payments through the Standard Bank Pay card system.
9. Intercompany Supplier Invoices: Interns will process intercompany supplier invoices using Accpac.
