Gauteng Tourism Authority (GTA) invites tenders for the Contractor to carry Construction of Constitution Hill Visitors Centre in Braamfontein. The tender will be evaluated in terms of the 90:10 preferential points system in accordance with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No. 5 of 2000 (as amended) and also the PPPFA Regulations 2017 that became effective on the 1st April 2017.
A Compulsory Clarification Meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place at the Site (Human Rights Conference Room, Constitution Hill, Old Fort Building, 11 Kotze Street, Braamfontein) at 11:00am to 13:30pm on 26th January 2018. Parking will be provided in Level D, Super basement Parking which is accessible off Joubert Street.
