Role Overview: Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistan
Administration & Reporting
- Handle booking forms for media partnerships and campaigns.
- Compile post-campaign reports and feedback.
Event Coordination
- Manage event logistics, liaise with vendors, and coordinate with internal teams.
Promotions Support
- Assist with organizing below-the-line promotions and activities.
Calendar Management
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar, managing multiple tasks.
Branding Maintenance
- Ensure all branding materials are up to standard and ready for events.
Procurement & Costing
- Obtain quotes, track marketing budgets, and manage promotional materials.
Ad Hoc Tasks
Assist with additional tasks as needed by the Marketing Manager.
