1. Snr Manager: Demand Planning & Enablement – FINA19234

Closing Date: 17th July 2025
Location: City of Ekurhuleni
Remuneration: R850,440 to R1,166,640 per annum (Basic Salary) plus benefits
Assignment Type: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

  • Honours Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant equivalent NQF Level 8 qualification
  • MFMA Certification
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in a supply chain management environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, lead, manage, and monitor overall demand and financial practices.
  • Ensure compliance with the MFMA and Local Government Acts.
  • Provide leadership and strategic input to divisional objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of goods and services at the correct time, quality, quantity, and location.
  • Participate in financial processes to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

2. Snr Manager: Operational Procurement – FINA19308

Location: City of Ekurhuleni
Remuneration: R850,440 to R1,166,640 per annum (Basic Salary) plus benefits

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management / Local Government or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  • 5 – 8 years’ experience in supply chain management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure goods and services are procured according to authorised procurement processes.
  • Develop operational targets in partnership with divisional leadership.
  • Implement risk management and governance policies.
  • Monitor and enforce effective financial control, corporate governance, and compliance.

3. Commodities Specialist: ICT – FINA19241

Remuneration: R470,436 to R645,324 per annum (Basic Salary) plus benefits
Assignment Type: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

  • Information Technology Degree or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
  • MFMA Certification
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in supply chain management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialise in and advise on supply chain management activities for the division.
  • Ensure effective tendering processes are followed in terms of the MFMA and other regulations.
  • Assist in compliance with governance and risk management practices.
  • Provide customer service orientation to ensure operational efficiency and service delivery.

Remuneration: R470,436 to R645,324 per annum (Basic Salary) plus benefits

Minimum Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Diploma or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
  • MFMA Certification (advantageous)
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a supply chain management environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, monitor, and control the adjudication process of tenders.
  • Plan, organize, lead, and monitor financial practices to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial processes to reduce wastage and manage risk.
  • Foster a customer service orientation to maintain efficient service delivery.

How to Apply

Candidates for all positions must submit the required proof of qualifications, including NQF levels where applicable.
