The City of Ekurhuleni has two learnership opportunities currently available, namely XREAL003 and LED: XREAL004. Both roles are temporary and offer a stipend of R3,000 per month.   • Matric / Grade 12 (or an equivalent qualification)

  • Work for the employer as part of the learning process.
  • Participate in all learning sessions provided by the training provider.
  • Comply with workplace policies and procedures, ensuring that all interactions follow the company’s guidelines.
  • Complete written assessments and timesheets to document workplace experience.

The training is designed to develop the candidate’s abilities while allowing them to gain the necessary experience for potential future employment.

Placement Responsibilities:

Once the training is completed, candidates will move into the placement stage, where they will gain direct experience in the following:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Assisting with order placements, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and providing general support.
  • Updating and capturing customer details into the system accurately.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to enhance call handling efficiency.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
