    • Open new housing files and ensure they are correctly maintained.
  5. Collaboration with Financial Services:
    • Work closely with Group Financial Services regarding billing and payment matters related to consumer accounts and deposits.
  6. Data Capturing and Typing:
    • Conduct data capturing and help with typing correspondence for the section.
  7. Additional Administrative Duties:
    • Be ready to handle any other tasks as delegated by supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the section.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • A Grade 12 certificate is essential.
  • Experience:
    • At least six months’ relevant experience in an administrative support environment, particularly with knowledge of housing subsidies and title deeds.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Candidates must undergo a criminal record check, and be willing to have their fingerprints taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at their own cost.
    • Proficiency in computer literacy is required.
