Emergency interruptions like the one on 26 July support infrastructure modernisation projects expected to reduce future outages.
Safety and Customer Advice
Customers are urged to treat all electricity supply points as live during outages. Unplugging electrical appliances before interruptions can help avoid damage when power returns. City Power recommends staying informed via official channels and registering for SMS alerts when possible.
