“Delhi Dharbar” refers to at least two different entities: an iconic, world-renowned Indian restaurant brand with a legacy in Bombay (Mumbai) and a more recent, locally-focused restaurant in Parkmore, Sandton, South Africa. The original Delhi Darbar brand was founded over 60 years ago with the goal of serving the best Indian food, maintaining authentic recipes and Mughlai traditions. The South African establishment, New Delhi Dharbar, offers authentic Indian cuisine like Chicken Tikka Masala and Masala Dosa in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, serving both locals and visitors.
