Kia South Africa has officially introduced the facelifted version of its popular Sorento SUV, marking the latest evolution of the fourth-generation MQ4-series that originally arrived in early 2022. Powertrain Carries Over

Despite the updates to its styling and features, the Sorento retains its well-proven 2.2-litre 4-cylinder turbodiesel engine. This engine delivers 148 kW of power and 440 Nm of torque, coupled with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The base model remains front-wheel drive, while the SX and SXL variants offer all-wheel-drive capability.
