Designed to nurture entrepreneurial, ethical, and innovative young leaders, this initiative aligns with Absa\u2019s commitment to financial inclusion, sustainability, and Africa\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"eligibility-criteria\">Eligibility Criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify, applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be\u00a0<strong>aged between 18 and 25 years<\/strong>\u00a0as of the application period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have an average of\u00a0<strong>65% or higher in Matric<\/strong>, or submit June 2025 preliminary results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be\u00a0<strong>accepted or provisionally accepted<\/strong>\u00a0into the first year of an undergraduate degree at a\u00a0<strong>public university in South Africa<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Study in one of these fields:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commerce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humanities &amp; Social Sciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Science (including health sciences, excluding medical\/veterinary)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technology, Engineering &amp; Mathematics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creative Arts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital\/Data Design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the application\u00a0<strong>in your own name<\/strong>, with your own contact details.
