Following this review, GDoH will determine and communicate the appropriate course of action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gdoh-s-commitment-to-improving-cancer-and-oncology-care\"><strong>GDoH\u2019s Commitment to Improving Cancer and Oncology Care<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In reaffirming its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare, the GDoH has already taken significant steps to improve cancer and oncology services across Gauteng. One of the key measures is the allocation of funds to outsource radiotherapy services to private healthcare providers. After assessment, patients are referred to private facilities for radiation therapy.
