It replaced the acclaimed BMW 02 series. Over the years, it has grown into one of the brand\u2019s most popular models. This spans seven generations and comprises more than 20 million sales worldwide. Notably, generations two through six were built locally at BMW\u2019s Rosslyn plant near Pretoria. This gave rise to several South African-exclusive models, which remain highly sought after by collectors. Enthusiasts will need to act fast. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km\/h in 7.4 seconds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BMW M340 xDrive 50 Jahre Edition<\/strong>: Equipped with a <strong>3.0-litre turbo engine<\/strong> delivering 285kW and 500Nm. This model reaches 0 to 100 km\/h in just 4.3 seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Both models are fitted with the M Sport package.
