\n<\/script>\n<\/div><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-responsibilities\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Interactions<\/strong>: Engage with customers through walk-ins, telephone calls, and emails to address their inquiries, service requests, and complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Entry and Analysis<\/strong>: Analyse and capture customer data accurately into the system, using appropriate software packages such as SAP CIC and CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liaison<\/strong>: Work with other departments and external role players to resolve customer issues effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improvement Actions<\/strong>: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, corrective actions, and ensure service delivery remains aligned with Batho Pele principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statistical Reporting<\/strong>: Maintain detailed statistical records of customer complaints and inquiries, providing input to monthly reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Education<\/strong>: Ensure customers are informed and their issues are resolved with the utmost professionalism and care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qualifications-and-experience\">Qualifications and Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Educational Requirements<\/strong>: Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer care or call centre operations, including familiarity with call centre technological systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge<\/strong>: In-depth knowledge of City of Tshwane operations, billing processes, and a sound understanding of the Batho Pele principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong>: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is required;
