This follows an earlier recall initiated on 17 July 2025, highlighting an ongoing issue involving seat belt defects in these vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-the-problem\"><strong>What\u2019s the Problem?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The recall stems from a manufacturing error that may compromise the functionality of the seat belts in Polo sedans. If you purchased a Polo sedan after this date, your vehicle could be part of the recall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Owners of potentially affected vehicles are urged to contact an authorised VW dealership immediately. By law, car manufacturers must issue recalls and notify the public when such hazards are identified.
