Small vessels are at risk of capsizing or taking on water, and navigation at sea will be difficult. Severe thunderstorms with damaging winds, hail, and heavy lightning are forecast particularly for eastern parts of KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape. Expect partly cloudy skies with isolated afternoon showers or thundershowers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KwaZulu-Natal:<\/strong>&nbsp;Mild winter conditions with daytime temperatures ranging from 18\u00b0C to 22\u00b0C and lows around 10\u00b0C to 13\u00b0C.
