It will bring very cold, wet, and windy weather. Ahead of this, the Western and Northern Cape face a yellow Level 2 warning for damaging waves between Plettenberg Bay and East London. Small vessels are at risk of capsizing due to rough seas and gale-force coastal winds. Forecasters expect light snowfall to fall over the high ground in the Western Cape mountain ranges. The south-western interior of the Northern Cape will also see light snowfall. Heavy rainfall may cause localized flooding in the western parts of the Western Cape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Eastern Cape should prepare for strong damaging winds on Thursday. Interior regions will experience a drop into cold temperature categories.
