Key Requirements:

- Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the HPCSA
- Completion of community service
- Short courses such as ACLS, ATLS, and life support are strongly recommended
- Must have passed Primaries FCP part I
- Availability for after-hour duties
Duties:
- Render clinical services, show academic progression, and complete research dissertation within a four-year contract.
- Provide patient care for all in- and out-patients in the department as per rotation.
- Handle consultations from and to all departments of SBAH at the Registrar level.
- Supervise all rotating pre-graduate students, Interns, and junior colleagues in clinical practice.
- Rotate to sub-specialties and facilities accredited by the University of Pretoria.
