Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park

Mystic Monkeys & Feathers Wildlife Park is situated near the Dinokeng Game Reserve, 85km north of Pretoria. It is home to one of the largest private primate collections in South Africa, as well as host to exotic bird species and predators, including white lions and cheetahs.

The park was founded by animal lover Christa Saayman when she adopted her first pair of golden-handed tamarin monkeys. The park has since been awarded both zoo and sanctuary status. It is also a proud member of the Pan-African Association of Zoos and Aquaria.

Visitors can embark on a tour of the park and spend time playing with cubs. A kiosk sells fast food and soft drinks. Note that no picnic baskets, food, soft drinks or liquor may be brought into the park.

The park is also suited to school tours.

It is open to visitors daily, including all public and school holidays, from 9am to 4pm.
