Richard Frank: Head of Digital at Flow Communications

Richard is the head of Flow’s digital team, and has extensive experience in managing large development teams and complex web projects, IT infrastructure and hosting strategy.

He has been part of the development teams on some of South Africa’s major destination-marketing sites, including South African Tourism, Gauteng Tourism and Cape Town Tourism. 

He holds a master's degree in journalism from the University of the Witwatersrand.
