In the Gorge Adventures

In the Gorge Adventures is a family-centred adventure experience that leverages the full magnificence of the Magaliesburg and Witwaterberg Mountain ranges to provide a selection of thrilling outdoor activities. The Magaliesburg is an ancient range of peaks nearly a hundred times older than the colossal Himalayans and near the Cradle of Humankind, the resting place of our some of our oldest ancestors.

In the Gorge caters to birthday parties, bachelor parties and a variety of corporate functions, offering guided quad tours, 4x4 obstacle courses, archery, clay pigeon shooting, abseiling, paintball and mountain biking. It is surrounded by some of the country’s most stunning wildlife sanctuaries, providing guests with wilderness safaris up close and personal with some of the world’s most sought-after animals, including four of the Big 5 at the nearby Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve.
