The Gauteng Tourism Authority offers a range of services to businesses, associations and event planners to assist with the planning and successful execution of an event or conference.

Whether you need help arranging day tours prior to the event, sponsorship, access to travel agents, accommodation databases or a list of professional event organisers, we are on hand to help smooth the process.

We can also help negotiate transport rates, put you in touch with local carriers and even set up a media centre, if required. We can also facilitate the provision of bid documents and support letters from local government.
