Montecasino
Montecasino is located in the north of Johannesburg in Fourways and prides itself as a “one-stop entertainment shop”. It opened in November 2000 and was extended in May 2007. Here fun is for everyone, young or old.

In this Tuscan-style venue, one can find the Palazzo Hotel, an open air piazza, the Teatro Lyric theatre, a ballroom that accommodates up to 400 people, a fully-equipped casino, outdoor bird gardens, various shopping outlets and a more.
The casino is located at the centre of the Montecasino boulevard-style establishment, surrounded by entertainment venues, clothing stores and smaller retail outlets.
The outdoor piazza, styled to resemble an Italian village square, is home to a variety of restaurants and open-air eateries. Dining in the piazza is accompanied by captivating melodic fountain demonstrations.
The Montecasino Teatro, the continent’s first Lyric theatre, opened in style in June 2007 and hosted the world-famous stage production, The Lion King.
